Its more like some venture capitalist buying that and making the volume go crazy. I wont trust any ICO at this stage of the market to be raising so much money and if done so the source of money is definitely not crypto since it has dropped a lot. Its probably like I said a VC who bought with fiat. Also you should stay away from CMC metrics because they are often incorrect. I prefer to do my own research here by auditing the smart contract and checking the amounts coming into that address if its publicly available.

I see people mocking at Bitconnect here which is also apt in this scenario. Shittokens which are hyped like anything are obviously going to dump deep. TRON and its propaganda is not organic to bitcoin's ideology in my opinion. BitTorrent was also never supposed to be like this.
