I don't have grin. As some other users above suggested to use escrow for bitcoin from you. Find an escrow to hold bitcoin for you. Once you receive grin, ask the escrow to release the funds to the seller. As you're a Sr. Member here, it is not that hard for you. However, If I have grin we will use an escrow to exchange.
if btctalk is going to escrow btc, the other person can say he sent grin but as fact he could never sent, no one can check, he can fake a screenshot and me never to receive.
if someone is holding the grin, i am sending the btc that is visible on chain. there is no serious exchange right now, anyhow i am buying 5% over the price market at any time.
