I don't think it has to do something with no trading at both Novaexchange and Livecoin exchanges. I think developers need to contact coinmarketcap first to show the data of exchanges coins listed at. Maybe developers have not contacted coinmarketcap for it yet.
You are wrong. You don't need to be a developer to contact CMC. I have corrected info on many coins there and I am not a developer. That is how the system works, by people who care contributing. I explained to you why those two exchanges don't show up for MOIN, because the volume is zero. I also provided you with a direct link to the form for changes if you think CMC has an error related to MOIN. If you would check it out you would see that one of the first questions is whether the market has at least $1000 equivalent daily trading volume. Answering no to that question results in a message explaining that it is not eligible to be added.
But I have seen many other coins with some exchanges having zero trading for days, weeks, or maybe months but these exchanges still do appear under the Markets tab.
