I think you are confusing SINGH tokens with Singh Credits. The tokens are worth 0.25 USD, the credit just 0.01 USD! Please refer to the Manifesto for an explanation of how the two differ. It's available at this link: https://singh.life/assets/docs/singh_manifesto.pdf
