I sent 10k coins 2 days ago to an account. The coins have left my wallet. The guy has got the coins in his wallet but it is still unconfirmed...

Hi. I am the one having the problem Acecobra is referring to
. It is not an android wallet, it is on a macbook pro. It is a recent download v1.5.0.0 so it is the latest. It has been 2 days now with 3 syncs (on opening) and the transaction is still unconfirmed. I have just downloaded a wallet on a PC which is currently syncing so I dont know if that will make a difference but for now the DC's are in the ether. Would isp firewall restrict? Any input welcomed 
FI, I don't have hi tech equipment just basic mac and pc laptop.
