Why not just list it on Binance, of the 3 exchanges you've mentioned, their total daily trading volume is way lower compared to Binance.
If you like bigger attention, just go with the biggest.
They already are been listed on yobit, IDAX, etc so getting themselves listed on binance would not be that difficult task for sure. Also once they get listed on binance that they can really gain a lot of daily trading volume and also many new peoples can be introduced to the EDC coin than. Chances to get pumped are comparatively greater.
