Yes, personally, I still believe in startup projects that are emerging in this market. The only thing that I want to notice that unfortunately today is really real and promising ICO is a very small amount. But this does not mean that you should be afraid to take part in these projects, if you learn to recognize promising ICOS from the bench, you can earn good money and experience.
