whats the different between bv and sv wallet
my veil was in basecoin
if i wanna send some to exchanger did i need to swap to mint zero coin?

Basecoin Veil addresses start with "bv". Stealth Veil addresses start with "sv". Your Veil being in Basecoin means it is in a Basecoin address. Right now the two currently available exchanges require Basecoin Veil addresses, which you can generate in Settings> Advanced Options> Console tab> enter: getnewbasecoinaddress
About connect to your wallet, do you mean you are having trouble finding peers? If so you may have to update your wallet. Please make sure you have the latest wallet here:
