Not DOGE, it only gained value once it got on cryptsy. A lot of coins see a bump in value once it gets on cryptsy. Whether or not stays high on there after the bump depends on what kind of community exists around the coin. Remember, cryptsy is just a way that people can trade the coin and happens to be the most trusted exchange for altcoins currently. Whether people choose to take that chance to buy or dump depends entirely on the coin itself.
