KYC is illigal in the Netherlands nobody but out government is allowed to ask for a copy ID, not sure how that works in the UK but this is also the case in Curacao since it's one of the Netherlands Kingdom laws those apply to the full Kingdom of NL.

So in the Netherlands, banks are not allowed to check the identity of people who want to open a bank account?
So in the Netherlands, car rentals are not allowed to check the identity of car renter and has to rent cars to anonymous people?
So in the Netherlands, landlords are not allowed to check the identity of tenant and has to rent apartments anonymously?
