You are not asking KYC procedure but you are asking documents to prove residence how is this different? How do you ask proof of residence without asking government IDs? This isn't as anonymous exchange like the articles that claim on steemit. Signing up to the DAXICO won't asks emails or anything but they will ask proof of residence.
