I agree with the fact that many altcoins will die in the next year, but I don't think Bitcoin will lose its predominant position.
There is no competitor on the market currently that can take the place of bitcoin.
Don't be so sure. Why are you so confident in the strength of Bitcoin? Surely in time there will be a more trusted and perfect coin that will replace it.
