You need to submit KYC documents and anti-money laundering details. After approval you have to pay some $120 per receiving address. Actually it's 1 ETH. Only then you can receive bounty. Missed bounty payments will not be compensated.
Just thinking of the shit storm that will hit this when people with so much free time (bounty hunters) are fudding 24/7 this project. I wouldn't touch this with a 10 feet pole now, even if it had good fundamentals because price takes always hit from the fud...
price is already too much down i think price will stable at current position and will not go down further.

this project have good future but not without proper planing and achieve all milestones in time
