As a trader, i can say: it is the most perfect time to make such changes as now is a bear market and price already were demolished to nothing. This whole shit storm brought us only a 2 cent price lowering. If it was on a bull market, we could see a devastating 1 or 2-dollar price movements in a day.
For those who believe in XEM it is Christmas time sale. Will price follow BTC, sure it will, will BTC fall to 1 k, who knows. If XEM price will go to 1 cent, I will be buying it. Know why? Because it, may change your life and your children life.
When will start the new bull run, no one knows. I presume it may be October, but it is only my predictions.
