Nobody needs daily payouts with threshold 0.00100000 BTC. Do you have ad-places with 0.00100000 BTC daily earnings? I don't think so.
So there is no reason to make daily payouts. I'm sure that only fraudsters need daily payouts, not legit users.

The best way is to make weekly payouts with a reasonable payout threshold, for example, 0.00020000 BTC.
I don't think that with weekly payouts the transaction fee will be significantly higher than with daily payouts.

Bro are you serious??
Just because you don't earn 100k Satoshi daily doesn't mean everyone that earns more is a "fraudster". A lot of services are easily pulling 500k+ Satoshi daily from advertisements on A-ads, check the catalog dude, all ads are public to view Smiley My current daily is 10k Satoshi, but there were days when some rich advertiser purchased the ad space and the daily income spiked to a whooping 200k Satoshi daily, and thats at 18k impressions monthly which is super low compared to huge websites or URL shorteners. Do some research first Wink

Daily payments are the best thing that could be in A-ads, because I can request a withdraw anytime and I don't need to wait god knows how much to receive it. Payments on A-ads are really fast and I'm glad I joined the service with the website I'm working on with my team. FaucetHUB integration made everything even better - I can request a withdraw without any threshold and receive it in a matter of hours, which speeds up the process of earning and withdrawing to my users, where other ad services I need to wait an ENTIRE MONTH to receive any money.

So in my opinion: Daily payments are the best thing, in fact as you stated threshold can be lower for Bitcoin, since the transaction costs are not expensive anymore, but if thats a problem you can start using a Microwallet Wink
Microwallets often state to not deposit too much on them not for no reason, in case something would go bad - you've been warned. But just because one Microwallet system slipped and died doesn't mean you HAVE to distrust all of other Microwallets, for me the FaucetHUB integration was godsent as I can withdraw funds even faster ^^

Cheers
