This is somehow not true, the amount invested does not guarantee that a coin will become the top 10.
Amount is just a figure, what's important is on how the team manage the funds they collected.
FYI, there are projects who collected bigger than 30m USD but until now they are not even part of the top 100 coins.
I have big doubts about the collected 30 million dollars. The team did not show their wallet and no one saw how much they actually collected. Now many projects only state that they have collected soft hard cap, but in fact this is not true.
