The interesting part was person losing 38btc was not really interested paying 0.1 btc which will cost him less than lawyer to try find solution.

I can't even fathom somebody honest writing something like that.I had neg rated this user some time back - Someone pmd me and said they had cleaned up their act and were doing constructive things now, so I kindly removed it. You may not be a scammer, but you are NOT trustworthy and nobody will ever trust your judgement now. Read back what you wrote. Over and over until you understand it is WRONG.
