"prices will never come back like last year" was what everyone thought on the bear market before this one, so... I remember doubting too that it could ever rise back to 1000.-
It takes years to come back last year's prices.
For 2019, it's still been a bearish year, and long accumulation need to finish.
It's too soon to mention about bullish market, for now.
I'm hopeful that it won't take long before the price continue to grow despite the all the loss, people will still keep investing on BTC. There is more reason to dislike fiat than BTC or in crypto. There is just massive PR done since 2017, it made businesses decide to get into crypto that triggers adoption and bring more people jump into this market.
