Evening all,

Damn, I take a couple of days off and suddenly everything is on fire when I get back!  Wink

AGD815 - I’ve spoken to our teams and they are confident in our findings when it comes to the player you contacted us about. The account was logged in to from multiple countries within minutes, and unless he’s discovered a way to teleport then it’s a clear case of VPN usage.

As I’ve stressed before, and despite the player trying to mislead us with claims of travel, we still allowed all deposits to be reclaimed before closing the account. I understand you are unhappy with this decision, but continuing to make threats of legal action and negative PR campaigns will not change this decision.

Youngamericandream - After investigating further our teams are confident that a VPN was used to bypass our territory restrictions. If you can provide evidence that disproves this then we should be able to get the whole issue settled very quickly.

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hello, Ronnie. From today it is impossible to get to Your website from the Netherlands and Australia have you restricted these territories too ? You write about the ban on VPN but You played a lot of players from Russia as far as I know in Russia You do not restrict, but the Internet providers of Russia blocked Your website from Russia without VPN it is not possible to get. I play you more than a year through the VPN I'm from Russia and no one forbade me to put You. How to be players from Russia ? Your position about VPN for players from Russia ?
