Bitcoin isn't "down".The bitcoin price is where it is and we shouldn't compare it with the 2017 bubble.
If we want a higher bitcoin price,we should buy more btc and convince more people to buy btc. This is the only thing we could do(and it's not enough). The crypto whales will have to start buying.

The price of Bitcoin doesn't be affected only by selling and buying orders. If you think that then you have no idea what the blockchain technology is about and what can offers.

This ecosystem can thrive by increasing the utility and bring more users to the system. Order books in exchanges doesn't guarantee growth. But more transactions and more users do.
But still people compare current price with all times high price, nobody even discuss about times when bitcoin price was $0.01! There are more people now in bitcoin than ever before, in couple years we can expect even more people to join. Like that demand will rise, and with demand prices will start to rise. There are limited amount of bitcoins out there, like there are limited amounts of some other coins, that is guarantee that prices will grow in long term with rising demand.
