Ass we mentioned in previous reply, they are not exactly in circulation, but they are still out there and we want them all in one place so they are not confused with the new SPHTX token. Also this is our way to say thank you to all our supporters by giving them additional tokens for free.
You are not giving people something valuable. You are only swapping old coins to new tokens with a certain rate. Even if you give 20,000 tokens for each old token, there is no difference.
