I think that the main reason why bitcoin is so cheap now is crypto-whales. Huge bitcoin owners control the situation on the market and they think that now it's too early to start a new bullrun.
Well I think many investors are now resting from the market that was in 2017 , and I think in 2019 they can return, but the serovno bullish market will be ! just need to wait
