Ass we mentioned in previous reply, they are not exactly in circulation, but they are still out there and we want them all in one place so they are not confused with the new SPHTX token. Also this is our way to say thank you to all our supporters by giving them additional tokens for free.
Well that's very kind of you, but i still think that speculation of rising token value will just get people trading them. I think that getting rid of them all is just impossible.
