He just cannot accept that he loss because of the self exclusion thing, if you believe he can still claim it, will you be willing

My honest opinion is that OP did not understand the terms properly, well, I could be wrong but its just an opinion.

I was not wrong at all regarding the terms. I requested to be self excluded and they agreed with that 150 days. A month later I ask about my ongoing bets and they suddently permantely ban my account, because I had stated in the first email that I had gambling issues (they were not having a problem with it when I self excluded my self and now when I ask about ongoing bets they suddently do) thats my whole point. I am just sharing this so that people know everyday to avoid this casino. Save as much people as possible from having negative experiences with this casino.
