Upay didnt do much. Customer service told to contact merchant(Chain2pay). I dont see any point contacting them as they are peddeling this scam.
Sent an email to Mastercard inquiring info about this "scheme". Lets see if and when they anwser.
Upaycard customer service is wrong address. You should contact Upaycard Legal Inquires ,because it is not merchant problem.It is rules and regulations breaking, due illegal using of another company account ,hiding true beneficial owner and giving false residence data about card users.
Minexpay is illegally using UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account as theirs own for sending business payment cards and talking fees for that from card owners.Just give them picture below:
