Once a candidate downloads the PTC App, it goes through the PrimeParsing System. PrimeParsing is an intelligent Machine Learning algorithm that studies every resume passed by PrimeScreen. This software puts every resume in its designated Skill Community after doing a thorough analysis of the resume and matching it with the SKILL COMMUNITIES’ criteria.
