Why ICO ? not IEO. Since its an exchange it should be launch with exchange token to prevent dump of token price in the bear market because of unnecessary long term hodling of coin. binance is a very big exchange, thriving in Europe and has already started integrating the fiat to crypto exchange in the continent. If their service is satisfactory and has built enough confidence how do u plan to get your customer among so big competitor.
ICO is needed for the initial funding of the project. we can't stop dumping of price, however we have employed a number of strategies to in terms of token distribution to ensure the tokens are disrtibuted to a varied and large number of people. These strategies include airdrops and bounty programs. This aims to ensure that no single group of people or person has too much of the tokens that will allow for market manipulation. Please also note that team tokens will be vested over a number of years. Trust us when we say that this is not a short term project for us. We are in it for the long haul.

Am very happy to see an active admin member of an ICO on this forum after a long time, the trend has challenge since the advent of telegram and have posted on different occasions on taking the advantage of this forum again on ICO. Every forum is vulnerable to scam but experienced investors should be able to educate newbie on how to identify scammers on the forum and build an active thread for Altcoins announcement.
