... I was explained, that only a test unit is working, but not in their office ,but in some data center. And when i wanted to visit the data center or to get some demo access to the system, they said it is all restricted and confidential.

... It's most likely that the "office" is going to be closed or somehow just that exact day the model miner is displayed somewhere else 
Classic excuse, we are delivering if you order 300+ but we only have one piece hidden in a data center in some tanga.
