The project is not only dead, but they know this and they are just laundering the ICO money. That's their strategy. While stupid people believe that they are still focusing and working on this scam, they know that scamiq is already fucked up. They can't exit scam now because they will get sue by everybody, they just want to waste the time to become more legit for the exit scam. That's their plan my friend.
