What's the tech used for this blockchain? Is it Tendermint or you build from scratch? According to your GitHub page, it seems like the ETH chain will be used as the main net, why don't you use your own chain as the main net?
Seems like I miss a lot of details, will try to re-read the whitepaper and blog post again.
HARA is using its very own HARA Chain. We built it because the transaction throughput is very low in Ethereum main net, and on the HARA Chain, this rises to 500 transactions per second. Also, by using HARA Chain, it will greatly reduce costs as internal transactions are free and the chain can be fully customized to suit HARA's needs.
