At this moment the difficulty is very low!

We can now experiment with FairPos and smal wallets get a fair reward again.
The devteam uses

reservebalance true

to lower down the difficulty.
If a big unknown wallet comes again online we remove reservebalance again and stake full power again to prevent that STK is for free for the cheater.
