There are no experts in bitcoin price predictions, unless they have nostradamus type abilities. Tommy lee is probably the worst at predicting but he is certainly an expert in crypto.

Anyone can predict anything. Being a prominent investor means nothing in terms of being able to predict where the bottom is. Prominent investors think it'll go under $1000, prominent investors thought it'd be $25k by end of 2018 even just a few months before the end of the year, prominent investors think it'll be a million dollars in the next couple of years. Literally means nothing.
People need to do their own research and come up with predictions that they believe in to guide their investing, not just pick one random person's prediction.
