Indeed - these seem like pretty good features which is why I question (although have also posted ideas about) the need for things like "Turing complete" contracts (or whatever they should be called).
It appears that this is a bit of a problem for the Nxt community - it doesn't seem to know exactly who it is trying to appeal to (apart from *everyone*).
I envision teams working on everything. Why not?
As each team completes their project independently it gets tested and merged into main release
We need to think big. More important than our dev budget is that we have best talent and community spirit. Most people willing to contribute for free, even donate real money. I work fulltime+ because i know my stake's appreciation will far exceed any salary i can make, plus it is really fun!
I have some things in the works that will be big boost to all these big dreams. With the right plan, community and budget, we can have it all. We all need to thank bcnext for creating extensible framework. This is something no other crypto has.
So lets make a deal. No idea is bad. If someone likes an idea, let them run with it. Look at the dogebot clone project. Many people were against it, but one person believed and now it is real project and a matter of time to become real.
EVERY IDEA deserves support from the people that believe in it. Of course, if there is serious problem give constructive feedback, but let us all be gentlemen and never devolve to personal insults or threats. Thats just wrong and anybody that does it should be ashamed. We are biggest strongest community, debates are natural, even required to find best solution.
If you find yourself devolving to troll like post, relax, count to 10, delete post and say nothing or make constructive feedback. We lost a key nxt contributor yesterday and i am sad about that. I dont want that to happen again.
