AGD815 - Ginelli/Antonioo's case was solved when we received a report from our providers that we didn't feel proved conclusively the use of third party software, despite our ongoing suspicions about their gameplay.
As a result of the investigation we will also be removing certain functionality within the Live Roulette game in question that was central to the suspicious behaviour. Based on the feedback from Ask Gamblers we will also be raising the bar in terms of the level of proof required from our providers to enforce our rules around suspicious activity.
Swofty - I haven't responded on AG yet as I haven't received any further updates on the investigation. As soon as I get some additional information I'll respond there and here, and our support teams will be in touch directly.
