No he's not, however DigiWoman doesn't have the same ring to it.
The word Girl doesn't necessarily mean a 12 year old girl, there are many examples in popular pop and movie culture where the connotation Girl is used to depict or reference women well into their early twenties such as; The Spice Girls and Supergirl
In fact when deciding what to call the 1984 female Super character they went for Supergirl not superwoman.
We can always put it to a vote.
