What does Shinner's have to say about that? He's supposed to depose Homero in jail, so where is he exactly? Or can a registered victim contact the SEC or the prosecutors office (used to be a freely available liaison contact email for them) and straight up ask where is Homero.  Even send them the BOP link so they can investigate:  https://www.bop.gov/inmateloc/
