Let me explain it more clearly if a criminal is identified by authorities and they found some of his pictures in his social media account, do you think that they will need the consent of the criminal first before they take your picture and produce copies of it? Of course not the criminal is a wanted fugitive and they don't need to ask anymore permission to use his pictures to be shown to everyone.
