Rightly. We chose this name because it has been the former currency in France before the Euro, and by creating a cryptocurency related to France (but not endorsed by French state!), an authentical coin for the further daylife use by the French people (and international people of course) would be easier for them to remember and promote.

We aim to expand crypto-Francs in several french shops by establishing partnerships with them, and allow them to accept Francs cryptocurrency (with Bitcoin or Ethereum) as a mean of payment. This name is easier to remember for the general public (as well as for old generations who only known Francs before Euro) and aims to be a money 2.0 - a digital money - version of the former Francs notes and coins. This name is well known and will facilitate the broadcast of the cryptocurrency.
