Not going to waste time troubleshooting this. Probably do need Linux, as Windows is likely eating into some of the VRAM.

There isn't a gui wallet, It's a bit different.

it's a text based wallet but not just a command line, it's a bit prettier and less basic than that. (Unless I have lost my brain and you can use a mouse on it)
