please keep your coins not on exchange - better use a own wallet it is more safer than an exchange.
yeah until the coin pumps and you cant dump because you have to wait to upload. during any update to the token or its platform, its always good to have your coins on a supported exchange. Afterwards you can pull them out if you want.
