What I experienced is most of masternode/ PoS coins listed on CB first, before tried get listing on others.
Reasons?
If there is a good ecosystem of masternode/ PoS coins on CB, why do we not join it?
Anyway, STEX is another good exchange.

In our opinions, CB is:

- Not good volume
- Worse UX/UI
- Slower
- Somehow harder to use.

That is why we decided to get listed on CB later, after STEX
