the tokens they stole are still stuck in the wallet, is this a system error or the person who did it, and what is the solution, thanks in advance
As others have pointed out, transactions are irreversible, so there's no way for you to get it back since it is already on the hackers wallet. The best thing to do is not used your wallet anymore at it is already compromised and next time be very careful, and scan your pc will malware or keylogger.
