No.. After that block reward is 1 coin per block with bonus blocks of 10x and 100x. What this means, it that mining these would be hard and the value of the coin is likely to sky rocket. I may be wrong but this is my understanding.

Then the title is wrong. To me it reads as if ALL coins, "last top block mined", will be mined in the next 60 days. But I could be wrong.
Yes, After 60 days all coins will have been mined. But its its more like 45ish days. It gets tricky after the rewards get to 1 per block. you then have 1 coin per block and 10 coins per block once an hour, plus 1 block of 100 coins per day
