We can't just say it already that ETF is the reason why the price went up a bit this past days, since this kind of price movement in cryptocurrency market is happening without any good news, it might be but there are lots of possible reasons. And I have to disagree with your statement that whenever Bitcoin price starts to recover or go up, altcoins will follow. We might see this happen frequently but that will not be always the same scenario, at the past there are scenarios that Bitcoin price goes up but prices of most altcoins goes down, this is because there are times that people are selling their altcoins to buy Bitcoin whenever there is a continues increase in price.
