S/He may want to buy some merits "Member to legendary", pumping groups, fake reviews, cheap signature campaigns "especially in sections that do not show trust" and other things that are often illegal and high-risk.
The reason for hiding the nature of the activity is not to trace, so I think it is limited to propaganda and the dissemination of more scam campaigns.
This is what im thinking too since Negged accounts dont have much use anymore since they cant be trusted at the same time they cant join any signature campaign.The only
thing that would be useful is the smerit of that account to be passed on.If not then these accounts or users would be paid up to shill out some scam coins.
