As far as i know, SEC have not accept any bitcoin ETF yet until now.
Of course, they rejected many bitcoin ETF proposal from some parties already.
But it doesn't mean they won't accept any bitcoin ETF in the future. If they have enough time to conclude the result, maybe they will approve some.
