BUC1525 uses the low power version of VU9P fpga chip, we use KU3P, both are from the same 16nm Ultrascale+ product line, the major difference between is the size. in case of mining the hw resource matters the most is the system logic cell count. BUC1525 is 7 times larger than ours, ideally if fully utilized and optimized it should mine 7 times faster than ours. in reality it is almost impossible to fully optimize a bitstream design with 100% utilization of the fpga hw resource of the size of vu9p, so i bet a lot of waste and underclock going on there. so i estimate probably 5 times faster is more realistic...
do you mean block RAM? i attached this hw spec comparison, hope it helps! thanks

another difference i want to mention is that our board comes with the FREE vivado (bitstream compiler) license from xilinx, so you don't have to pay thousands of dollars to become a mining algorithm developer! we hope this can boost the 3rd party algo development and further benefit the community. we'd be happy to open source some bitstream design to support the process.

what's the difference between bcu1525 ?
how many SRAM on your FPGA?
thanks!
