I agree. It is for everyone who are willing to take risk and ready to learn about it seriously. They have to accept what it really brings. It is about how are you going to make strategy and use it for you to success, it is always depends on you and not from anyone else. Learn and move forward when you fail but dont quit and run away, you can make it much better on the second time around.
