When will this event happen? Ethereum [ETH] Constantinople and Petersburg Hard Forks to Activate on February 25th or 28th February (Most recent forecast) 
I'm also confused but what I've read with articles, they are indicating that it will happen on February 28. Well it's just 3 days away so I wouldn't worry if it will happen by 25 or 28 of February.LOL, $200 per ETH, it will blow my mind away.

Nope, it's not really a high price. I bought few ETH at $500 and that's higher than $200 and in fact it has reached almost $170 which is very close to $200 so I don't consider that $200 is really a 'high price' that ethereum is unlikely to reach.Personally, Ethereum is hard to reach such a high price.
