Not totally, there are still shitcoins that might pump in the future, they can die but after they pump and devs knows that so they
will make some good headlines once the market is bullish, and without knowing this is a trap for investors which they will be left a bag holders of coins
that are useless. Bad devs knows how to play the market, they'll spend a little for marketing to hype up, take the money when people
are into FOMO then leave the market.
